Payment, Cancellation and Credit Policy

Payments and Delivery

  • Please call 203-267-1581 at least 24 hours prior to your event should you not get a confirmation call.
  • Deposits are required prior to delivery unless other terms have been arranged.
  • Unless otherwise arranged, final payments shall be CASH on delivery or CC prior to delivery. No checks except pre-approved corporate or non profit associations.
    (Sorry, we’re a small company and have some bad check experiences)
  • Rentals are guaranteed for a minimum of 6 hours from the start of your event, if required, not to exceed 9pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and 8pm all other times. Extended hours are available for $25 per hour or $75 for a next morning pick up, weather permitting.
  • Deliveries may be made up to 24 hours prior and picked up, up to 24 hours after the event depending on our delivery schedule. We will call you within 24 hours of the event to give you a 3 hour window of delivery.
  • Bounce must be placed on a level surface, preferably grass with at least 3 ft clearance on each side including above.
  • Units can weigh between 300lbs and 600lbs. We must have easy access to set up site. Should there be any inclines or declines then we must be able to drive to set up location, especially for any giant slides, 5-1 combos or obstacle courses.
  • Any food, gum, sand, silly string, etc. found in bounce we will charge a minimum of $25 cleaning fee.
  • Please shut of water on any water units 30 minutes prior to pick up.
  • Tipping:
    While tipping is not required, should you feel that your driver did a good job with your delivery, tips are always appreciated.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations prior to 2 weeks in advance will receive a credit for another rental.
  • Cancellations within 2 weeks of rental date will forfeit deposit.
  • Cancellations within 2 days of event will forfeit entire amount.

Credit/Weather Policy

We understand that sometimes the weather can be discouraging, however, these bounces are made to be enjoyed in good weather and even when it’s “not so good”. But even we have limits!

The following reasons ARE cause for All 4 Fun to cancel a delivery and the customer will have a choice of a full credit towards another rental or a full refund.

  • Winds over 30 mph or Temperatures under 40 degrees F.
  • Steady Rain All day
  • These decisions will be made no sooner then 7pm the evening prior to the event and no later then 8 am the morning of the event.

The following are NOT reasons for cancellation by either party and no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Chance of showers or occasional rain
  • Function cancellation.
  • Once a bounce loaded for delivery all rentals are final and the full amount will be charged.

We also understand that from time to time special circumstances may come up and we try to accommodate all reasonable requests.

** Weather Tips **

  • If the weather is warm with occasional rain, ask the kids to bring bathing suits. Although the bounces have tops, some water will get in and they’ll have a blast!
  • If you have a flat driveway, sometimes we can situate the bounce on the driveway with the entrance facing the garage door so the kids can enter and exit right into the garage. ** Please let us know in advance so that the drive can bring extra tarps.
